Strength & Conditioning

Mobility

Private Training
Get a custom program tailored to your needs and learn how to train effectively and safely. Come train with me in Sunnyside, Queens.
Semi-Private/Small Group
Get a tailored program for you and up to 3 others. Train together and pay less!
Class
Book a class for up to 20 people (depending on class type) or come join a pre-existing class (more will be made available soon)
