Kids’ Athletic Training at Queens Training Club

Kids’ Unlimited Membership $139/mo

No long-term commitments. Cancel at any time.

This is a recurring membership that grants your child unlimited access to any of our kids’ classes. This means they can attend any, and as many classes in our program as they want.

Our program currently includes:

  • Ninja Class.

    • Covers the basics of striking and grappling, with a heavy focus on anti-bully techniques, and learning through movement play. Kids will learn to move through the space around them, tackle physical challenges, and learn to work with partners of different sizes and physical abilities.

  • Brazilian Jiujitsu.

    • In this popular grappling martial art, kids will learn how to perform takedowns, and use technique and body mechanics to control their opponents. This class is taught using the gi/kimono, and kids will be shown their progress using a traditional belt system.

  • Muay Thai.

    • Also known as Thai Boxing, students will learn to strike using their hands, legs, knees, and elbows. In this class kids will learn the basics of Muay Thai and will learn how to safely work with partners in various drills.

  • Refer to our schedule to find out about our kids’ class times.

  • Our Ninjas and Muay Thai Classes do not have a uniform requirement, but our kids’ jiu jitsu classes do.

Jiu jitsu students are required to wear a uniform and belt, except during the trial period. Uniforms, known as jiu jitsu gi’s, are widely available online. Some popular brands include Sanabul, Fuji Sports, Kingz, Hyperfly, and Tatami.

We offer Elite brand gi’s at $50. You can purchase one at the front desk when you come in.

  • You are welcome to bring your child in for a week-long trial. The trial is not only for you and the child, but also for our coaching staff to assess your child’s readiness.

  • Our membership does not require a long-term commitment. You may start and cancel at anytime. As long as your child’s membership is current, you are free to come to as many classes each month as you’d like. You don’t have to stick to a single day (though many of our members do).
