Our Programs

  • Classes focus on improving basic functional strength and mobility. Sessions are comprised of exercises using kettlebells, resistance bands, kinetic elastic bands (Inertia Wave), and other tools to help create mentally engaging and unique ways to exercise the entire body.

    Our programs are carefully designed and cycle monthly. All participants are guided to ensure proper technique and injury-free progression.

  • Our Muay Thai program teaches the basics of Thai boxing, a striking martial art involving hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Classes include a light cardiovascular warm up followed by partner drills where participants practice different striking combinations.

    We also offer two boxing classes a week that cover basic striking techniques and footwork.

  • Sunnyside Ninjas is a combat sports program for kids designed to teach the foundations of Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and acrobatics. Kids are led through various creative movement and fitness warm ups, followed by a study in either grappling or striking technique.

    Our program is divided into two age groups - 6 to 9, and 9 to 12, with the younger group focusing on more play-based exploration, and the older group focusing more on refining technique.
